  • How to start your Membership?
    You can select Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly Memberships with a 7 Day Free Trial via the Apple Store or the Google Play Store and it takes less than a minute to get your first Program. You can also purchase directly through the website to immediate access your Yearly Membership. The DRVN Team also offers limited Coaching and Onboarding Packages which you can access through the store.
  • I Play Golf but don't go to the Gym, is this good for me?
    Absolutely. We have programs starting from 5 minutes of stretching with zero equipment right through the season long Strength and Conditioning! We deliver workouts for all levels so you can train with consistency and confidence.
  • How will I know how to do the Movements?
    Our #1 Golf Fitness App has the best digital experience possible for you and your game! Everything is laid out for you from sets and reps to specific video demos with zero navigation. Our new feature also gives you immediate access to suitable replacement exercises if you need to change for any reason. This is the best way to learn, train and succeed.
  • Do I have to pay for Programs in the App?
    No. When you sign up for app membership you get all of our workouts, the exclusive daily programming and everything else we have to offer now and into the future.
  • How do I know I'm choosing the right program?
    Our new Onboarding feature takes all of your Game and Training details and selects the best program for your time, equipment and goals! The programs are then designed to help you see incredible progress and enjoy the journey plus we always have the right progression so you can always be getting better.
  • What is my Golf Fitness Handicap?
    This is a scoring system in the App to help you Train Like You Play! Every time you complete a Workout, Mobility or Practice Session your Handicap goes down by 1. Don't Train for 3 days, you're going up by 1! So just like on the course your consistency is rewarded and if you can go all the way down you can become a DRVN PRO!
  • Do you do Personalised programs?
    No, we put absolutely everything we have into the workouts in the app and guarantee that we have what you are looking for! All of our huge experience in Golf and Fitness means that we deliver the programs that golfers need and the experience will create a personalised, tour feel to your progress!
  • Is Training and Flexibility really going to help my Golf Swing?
    100% Look at the best players in the world, look at the DRVN community... Our workouts will help you in so many different ways on and off the course and we are here to help you on that journey.
  • What if I don't like the program?
    We have many different programs all with different focus areas, equipment needs and timeframes to ensure you have the options you need to be successful. Plus the DRVN Team are passionate about your success and always ready to help so don't hesitate to reach out.
  • Is this good for Older Golfers?
    Yes, younger golfers too! We have all types of programs including Over 50's, Ladies Golf Fitness, Junior Academy programs. Get the Starter Pack and check it all out!
  • Can a Competitive Pro Golfer us DRVN?
    Yes and they do, just ask George Bryan! We have the best Workouts in Golf and with our designs you have immediate access to a Tour Level Training Platform anywhere, any time and at a fraction of the cost. This is the way to train for golf!
  • How do I setup my Training?
    We have 3 specific sections of the app for a reason: Golf, Mobility and Fitness. With our new navigation and ease of use the optimal scenario is to select a program for each and balance out your weekly time and efforts across all areas to have the complete Golf Training Program! You can do the same with the Daily options and when you do, we guarantee phenomenal progress!
  • I'm recovering from an Injury, can I still use DRVN?
    Before you get back to running, you need to make sure you’ve fully recovered; to get an accurate assessment of your injury, consult with a physical therapist – they’ll guide you through the recovery process. Then you have to Train smart which DRVN will help you to do! We have Mobility and Recovery Programs in the app so when cleared by a professional, choose the best option to get back to your best faster than before.
  • Why are these workouts different?
    They're different from traditional 'golf fitness' because they are truly based around Golf Specific Strength and Conditioning that help you on and off the course from building muscle and losing fat to increasing speed and developing your rotation not just mimic the golf swing and not actually challenge your body to progress. And they are not like your average workout because we focus on creating programs that allow you to create the body and performance that you want in an optimal time frame and an enjoyable strcture. They are the Best Workouts in Golf!
  • How do I track my Progress?
    First up is your Golf Fitness Handicap after every workout, but there is more detail if you desire. You can now record Training Logs through every stage of the Workout and Track Weight progressions against every exercises with our new, high level Tracking System. All recorded and accessible through the exercises, workouts and your HCP log.
  • I've completed my Program, what now?
    There are always 2 options here: 1 - go back to the recommended Program feature and setup your new program with your updated progress to get the next best program for you. 2 - this is the aim for all DRVN Members which is to go to the Daily Workouts. There are 5 options, they run year round to match the Golf Season and if you can be consistent here you will be Golf Fit Forever!
  • How do the Daily Workouts work?
    This is the aim for all Golfers! They are programmed each week, 52 weeks a year and give you the perfect training plan to commit to all year round as we focus our workouts on the specific time of the season for performance, recovery and optimal progress! A year round Strength and Conditioning program proven to improve your Golf Game and all you have to do is login and follow the program!
  • How do I use the Assessments?
    Head to the HCP Profile page and hit the Assessments for Golf, Mobility and Fitness. Each has 5 sections, enter your details to see your strengths and weaknesses then get back to work on improving. We recommend testing every month to track your progress.
