The 3 P's of the DRVN Mobility Assessment
The DRVN Mobility Assessment takes just 10 minutes and 5 movements to reveal how your body affects your golf swing — and what to do about it. Here's what Performance, Prevention, and Progress mean for your game.

Want to know how well your body works for your golf swing? You don't need to spend 40 minutes being contorted in embarrassing positions to find out. Welcome to the DRVN Mobility Assessment.
This takes 10 minutes, can be done on your own, with your golf coach, or with a fitness trainer, and uses 5 simple movements to show you how your body moves — and what that means for your golf swing potential. The movements map to the 5 fundamental elements of the golf swing: Setup, Backswing, Downswing, Impact, and Finish.
Here are the 3 P's that define why this assessment matters:
1 — Performance
As mobility improves, golf swing potential increases. With improved mobility, a player can now achieve new positions specific to the golf swing, allowing for a more optimal movement pattern relative to their physiology. Combined with a stronger mind-body connection, improvements through physical aspects of the swing can be layered with skill-based improvements — leading to clear and trackable gains in performance.
More clubhead speed, improved ball striking, and greater all-round consistency. The ability to assess, track, and improve is incredibly valuable for golfers at every level. Mobility = Performance. To understand how your physical readiness is measured, see the Golf Fitness Handicap™.
2 — Prevention
Specifically, injury prevention. If the body is working better, the chances of golf swing injuries, aches, and pains decreases. This is why mobility — not just flexibility — is so important for golfers.
If a muscle can work through its fundamental range of motion, movement patterns are controlled to load joints effectively, and the clubhead is delivered accurately, the golf swing and body as a whole is working optimally — giving the best chance of longevity and performance on the course.
The DRVN Mobility Assessment is also an incredible tool to highlight and assess injuries and create a pathway back to full health. Quality movement means more golf.
3 — Progress
A better golf swing in less time. In many cases, mobility is the limiting factor for golfers of all levels — meaning lessons, coaching, and practice may be limited at best and completely ineffective at worst. This is hugely frustrating, time-consuming, and leaves golfers making far less progress than they'd like.
For coaches, this creates a challenging situation. The ability to deliver a clear strategy with a vision for the player becomes even more valuable. DRVN Certified Pro coaches are trained to use this assessment as a core coaching tool. With greater mobility, the golfer has a greater chance of achieving the desired changes that will make them better.
Highlighting key areas of improvement with the DRVN Mobility Assessment opens up significant opportunities for players and coaches alike to train high-quality movement patterns and develop consistent results. More progress, less time.
